Return Policy

Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, as well as certain health and personal care items.

To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are circumstances where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as books with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes tapes, or vinyl records. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error are also subject to partial refunds. Any returns made beyond 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you about the status of your refund. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

If there are still no signs of your refund, please contact your bank. Processing times may vary before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during the purchase and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during the purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us via email.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
